The in-venue bar and casual osteria will be a more relaxed and budget-friendly offering at the Italian fine-diner.
The 32-seat a’Mare Cucinetta will offer Italian classics across a snack, pasta, main, and dessert menu.
Some of the highlights across the menu include a’Mare’s busiate with 12-hour slow-cooked wagyu beef bolognese, grilled beef tenderloin scaloppine, Sydney rock oysters, and a shared antipasto section.
A’Mare’s full beverage offering and sommelier team will be available across the space.
“Cucinetta is the perfect addition to the a’Mare space a place where people can drop by for a casual meal with the comfort of knowing that they are getting authentic dishes using the best ingredients, as we do for a’Mare as a whole,” says Chef and Owner Alessandro Pavoni.
“Like the enotecas and osterias of my childhood, I want diners to feel relaxed in the space and be able to use a’Mare for everything from special occasion dining, to a bowl of pasta and quick ‘salute’.”
Walk-ins are encouraged for a’Mare Cucinetta along with bookings which will not require any credit card information.
A’Mare Cucinetta will be open for dinner daily, and for lunch everyday except Tuesday.
