The popular burger joint will expand to the sunshine state with two new locations in Kippa-Ring and Slacks Creek.
The venues are set to open in September and will feature and extended breakfast offering alongside the made-to-order burger menu.
The breakfast menu is set to include dishes such as a bacon and sausage breakfast burger, chia pudding, freshly squeezed orange juice, and nut-free granola.
The much-loved Slim’s menu will also be available including burgers with 100 per cent Australian Angus beef, hand-cut fires, on-site churned ice cream, and sundaes.
The Queensland venues will also host the brand’s first drive-in ordering experience.
Diners will be able to order from their car via a QR code in a nose-in park style similar to retro American diners.
“The opening of our Kippa-Ring and Slacks Creek restaurants are the beginning of a new chapter in our expansion journey,” says Co-founder of Slim’s Quality Burger Nik Rollison.
“Our Queensland locations have been purposely designed to allow for nose-in parking around the restaurant, reminiscent of an American diner, complete with a view into our open kitchens.”
The Queensland locations will continue the Slim’s Quality Burger style with an open kitchen and retro décor including vintage furnishings and cherry-red banquet seating.
