The culinary talent behind famed Nobu restaurants will be visiting his Australian venues across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth next month.
Matsuhisa is set to visit his Nobu restaurants at Crown Sydney, Crown Melbourne, and Crown Perth to work hands-on with chefs on dishes and menu design.

As part of the tour, there will also be a range of ticketed events in each city that Matsuhisa will be in attendance at giving long-time fans the chance to meet the Japanese chef in-person.
The tour starts with a pool party at Crown Sydney on 2 May in collaboration with Tequila Don Julio 1942, followed by a gochiso sushi lunch on 4 May with Matsuhisa in attendance.
Next stop will be Perth where Matsuhisa will host a cocktail party and eight-course Nobu dinner event.
In Melbourne, Matsuhisa will also host a sushi masterclass where the chef himself will lead an interactive demonstration before guests are seated for a four-course lunch.
There will also be a cocktail event and Mother’s Day lunch in Melbourne where there will be meet-and-greet sessions with Matsuhisa.
Matsuhisa is known for his blending of Japanese and South American flavours at Nobu which now has locations across the North and South America, the UK, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
